Our dedicated IP solutions integretad with MS Dynamics for your successfull roll-out in Poland

Our dedicated IP solutions, seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Dynamics, are designed to support a smooth and compliant roll-out in the Polish market. Tailored to local regulatory requirements, our tools help automate key financial and tax processes — including SAFT, NeIS, and VAT reporting — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and full legal compliance from day one.

Polish localization package for Microsoft Dynamics

The need to quickly adapt ERP systems to constantly changing local accounting and legal regulations is a challenge for every organisation. The Polish localisation package we have prepared supports entrepreneurs in fulfilling the obligations imposed on them.

The Polish Package is a set of functionalities and analytical tools that will provide you with the latest solutions that meet Polish legal requirements for Dynamics 365 Finance systems. We provide the possibility to expand and adapt to the specific needs of your organisation. The package is continuously developed by us and extended with new functionalities, in accordance with the applicable law.

Standard Audit File - Tax (SAFT) for Microsoft Dynamics 365

SAFT CIT is a new tax obligation for most CIT taxpayers, which came into effect from 1 January 2025. To meet the needs of the market, we have prepared a dedicated solution for Microsoft ERP systems, which enables automatic generation and sending of the SAFT file and automatic validation of the SAFT data.

Our proprietary solution is a module integrated with Dynamics D365 (and earlier), which ensures that companies meet their obligation to submit accounting information to the tax authorities by creating and sending SAFT files that comply with the current provisions of Polish law and in the form prescribed by the Ministry of Finance.

National e-Invoice System (NeIS) in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365

The National e-Invoice System, is a nationwide ICT system that was created by the Ministry of Finance to streamline processes related to the issuing, receiving and archiving of structured invoices. The system is a modern tool that is integrated with the tax administration, allowing for a better exchange of information between taxpayers and the tax authorities.

The main objectives behind the introduction of NeIS include:

  • the simplification of document circulation, which will allow faster and more efficient management of financial information,
  • the elimination of paper documentation, which will help protect the environment and reduce costs associated with printing and storing documents,
  • automation of accounting, which in turn will minimise the risk of human error and increase the accuracy of financial data,
  • improved tax auditing, so that tax authorities will have easier access to information, which in turn can lead to more effective tax enforcement.
