Fellowmind Denmark Strengthens Efficiency and Collaboration with Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics 365
Fellowmind Denmark has transformed its internal operations with Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics 365, creating one unified way of working and gaining valuable insights that inspire how we support our customers.
After merging three companies, Fellowmind Denmark faced complex, fragmented systems that made it difficult to manage projects, resources, and finances efficiently. To create a common foundation, the company implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations, and Sales, all connected through Microsoft Fabric.
The result is a single, integrated platform that connects data across the business and enables faster, smarter decisions. Month-end closing and invoicing now take 50% less time, while project teams have full visibility into budgets and progress.
Using Dynamics 365, we have full insight into all projects, from budgets to day-to-day tasks to tracking how many hours are spent. We are much more efficient. Now, teams across sales and project management can collaborate more effectively, with a common data model and shared access to project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
The impact is also clear from a commercial perspective. “From a sales perspective, it is much easier to identify the customers and projects and measure how projects are progressing according to estimations,” says Allan Rocha, Director at Fellowmind Denmark.
Having experienced the transformation firsthand, Fellowmind continues to share its learnings and best practices to help customers succeed with Microsoft’s data and AI technologies.
