Enabling the green transition
We aim to embed sustainability into every solution we deliver. By leveraging advanced Microsoft technologies, we help businesses optimize operations, cut costs, and strengthen customer trust and loyalty lowering their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and accelerate their shift toward a greener future to meet both regulatory and voluntary sustainability commitments. Our goal: support their environmental ambitions and drive change across industries.
But true transformation goes beyond technology — it’s about people. We ensure employees embrace new systems, making adoption seamless and engaging, which in turn boosts productivity and long-term success.
Being a sustainable employer
We take climate responsibility seriously. 2024 we made significant steps forward on our own decarbonisation journey. We committed to reduce our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 100% and Scope 3 with 25% by 2030*, all in line with the Science Based Targets initiative who will validate our targets in 2025. We developed group wide decarbonization initiatives by evaluating the expected emissions reductions and associated costs, this allowed us to prioritize actions that lower emissions without compromising business targets. By 2050, we aim to reach net zero across all scopes — for the sake of current and future generations.
Creating the best workplace in the industry
People are at the heart of Fellowmind: we want every employee to feel that their voices are heard and get the chance to flourish. At Fellowmind, we believe every employee should have the opportunity to grow and thrive in a workplace rooted in trust, inclusion, and flexibility. Everyone counts and should feel that they are in a safe place secure enough to speak out.
- Listening, learning, improving
We don’t guess how people feel — we ask. Weekly pulse surveys and our annual Engagement Scan give us real-time insights into engagement, well-being, and workplace experience. These insights are turned into local action plans that drive real, continuous improvements.
- Progress you can measure
Our employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) rose from 28 to 38 in just one year — a strong signal of employee engagement and trust. This positive trend highlights our continued dedication to creating a supportive and engaging workplace. In particular, our scores for psychological safety, job crafting, and social support stand out as strong compared to the benchmark.

Learning at Fellowmind is personal and self-driven. Our development framework — inspired by an athletics court — supports each Fellow through a unique growth journey. From the “warm-up” to functional tracks and peer support from the “stands,” we offer structure, motivation, and the opportunity to grow with confidence.
Supporting societal digital inclusion
Technology should be for everyone regardless of their background or abilities. We invest in initiatives that bridge the digital divide and increase access to digital tools and knowledge in the countries we operate— helping more people partake in the digital revolution.

Trust is non-negotiable. All employees receive training in ethical business conduct. We protect the data we are trusted by our customers and employees and hold ourselves to the highest standards in every decision, every partnership.
A better future - together
Our journey is far from over. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, but we’re not standing still. With transparency, accountability, and shared purpose, we’re building a better future - for our people, our customers, and our communities. This year marked a major milestone in how we report on sustainability. For the first time, we aligned our ESG disclosures with the European Union Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The result is our most structured and thorough report to date - a step forward in transparency and accountability as we prepare for full CSRD compliance by fiscal year 2025.
