Rapid Implementation of CRM for Concrete Use

The company needed a CRM solution specifically as a tool for sales. The goal was also to create a platform upon which the CRM solution could be further developed to support future needs. The near-term roadmap includes further development of the sales solution and integrating marketing into the same solution platform with Fellowmind's support.

The company selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales as the solution. The project and implementation were carried out on a very rapid schedule. The new solution will support the company's sales for the first time at the international EUROBIKE 2025 major event in Frankfurt.

The implementation was done in two phases:

• The first phase included lead and contact management.
• The second phase involved comprehensive customer data and sales pipeline management.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a solution that provides a solid foundation for building a CRM system that supports the entire marketing and sales process. The implementation can start with a small concrete need, for which the system is deployed. After that, there is a great opportunity to expand the deployment phase by phase and process by process. Dynamics 365 is a scalable future platform that serves the company's changing and evolving needs now and in the future.
